Service Overview

We provide comprehensive property services including handyman repairs and installations, junk removal and disposal, construction and renovation work, and professional cleaning services. These terms apply to all services provided by our company.

Deep cleaning, post-construction cleanup, and maintenance cleaning

Booking and Scheduling

Appointments: All services require advance scheduling. We provide estimated arrival times and will contact you if delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations may incur a service fee.

Access Requirements: Client must provide reasonable access to work areas. For construction and major handyman work, proper permits must be obtained where required.

Weather Conditions: Outdoor work and junk removal may be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions for safety reasons.

Payment Terms and Pricing

Estimates: All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may vary based on actual work scope and materials required.

Payment Methods: We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Construction Projects: Large construction projects may require a deposit and progress payments. Payment schedule will be outlined in the project contract.

Additional Work: Any work beyond the original scope requires client approval and may result in additional charges.

Disposal Fees: Junk removal pricing includes disposal fees. Hazardous materials require special handling and additional fees.

Service-Specific Terms

Handyman Services

  • • Electrical work limited to simple repairs and installations. Major electrical work requires licensed electrician.
  • • Plumbing work includes basic repairs and installations. Complex plumbing requires licensed plumber.
  • • We provide 90-day warranty on workmanship for handyman services.
  • • Materials are warranted according to manufacturer specifications.

Junk Removal

  • • We do not remove hazardous materials, asbestos, chemicals, or medical waste.
  • • Items must be accessible and safely removable from the property.
  • • We prioritize recycling and donation when possible.
  • • Client is responsible for identifying and removing personal or valuable items before service.

Construction Services

  • • All construction work requires written contract with detailed scope and timeline.
  • • Permits and inspections are client's responsibility unless otherwise specified.
  • • We provide 1-year warranty on construction workmanship.
  • • Change orders must be approved in writing and may affect timeline and cost.

Cleaning Services

  • • We use eco-friendly cleaning products when possible.
  • • Client must secure valuable or fragile items before cleaning.
  • • Post-construction cleaning includes dust and debris removal, not fine detail cleaning.
  • • Additional cleaning may be required for heavily soiled areas at additional cost.

Liability and Insurance

Insurance Coverage: We maintain comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. Proof of insurance available upon request.

Property Damage: We are responsible for damage caused by our negligence during service delivery. Pre-existing damage should be noted before work begins.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages.

Client Responsibilities: Client is responsible for providing safe working conditions and accurate information about property conditions.

Safety and Compliance

Safety Standards: All work is performed in accordance with industry safety standards and local building codes.

Licensing: We maintain all required licenses and certifications for our service areas.

Environmental Compliance: All waste disposal and material handling follows environmental regulations.

Worker Safety: Our team uses appropriate safety equipment and follows established safety protocols.

Dispute Resolution

Customer Satisfaction: We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Please communicate any concerns immediately so we can address them promptly.

Complaint Process: Any complaints should be submitted in writing within 7 days of service completion.

Resolution: We will make reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes through direct communication and corrective action when appropriate.
